Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University (UMK) in Toruń in the studios of Professors Bronislaw Jamontt, Tymon Niesiolowski and Stanislaw Borysowski. He received his diploma in painting in 1955. He presented his works at 20 solo exhibitions in the country, including in Plock, Gniezno, Warsaw, Wloclawek and at 4 exhibitions abroad, including in Denmark and Romania. His works are in museum collections in Inowrocław, Bydgoszcz, Auschwitz, Plock, local and state institutions, schools and art galleries in Bydgoszcz, Cracow, Gdansk and Sopot.
