She works in painting, drawing, film and objects. Her works are characterized by accuracy bordering on obsession, and are often created over many months. Kle Mens tackles themes of spirituality, sexuality, religion, feminism and contemporary culture, giving them a personal dimension. She won the main prize in the 12th Geppert Competition.
The painting "Sphinx" is from the artist's solo exhibition Hybrid Prophecy, held in London in 2019 at REJEKT Gallery, with which the artist is currently affiliated. They depict Kle Mens as half-human half-animal creatures inspired by mythical creatures from the Apocalypse of St. John, signaling the impending end of hitherto known civilization and the renewal that follows. These are also two of the four animals that are symbols of the four evangelists - the Sphinx is an image referring to the lion emblem assigned to the gospel according to St. Mark. Two other objects that are part of this exhibition were purchased for the collection of the National Museum in Gdansk, one is in a private collection.
