Justyna Ziolkowska (Equilibrium) B. 1971, Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski She is a graduate of Musicology and Art History at the UW, professionally I have been designing interiors for over two decades. I am also a graduate of "History of Modern Art" at IS PAN. MY paintings are the result of a search for balance in all layers of the world - equilibrium. 'I think that you can see and, above all, feel in them my interest in astrology, esotericism and geometry, which in the most perfect form shows the harmony I strive for in my life.' I paint with watercolor, gouache and acrylics. Guided by my intuition, I search for and depict what I think is good. Each of my works is a personal meditation, a step towards my own universe. I love abstract painting, because it gives unlimited room for interpretation, as everyone will find a piece of themselves in it. I appreciate the art of Hilma af Klint and Paul Klee, while from Polish artists: Janina Kraupa-Swiderska, Erna Rosentein and Eliza Kopeć.
