Graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Bydgoszcz, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow and the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz. She received her diploma in 1960 from Prof. Roman Modzelewski. After graduation, she worked in the silk industry, designing fabric patterns and tie-dye colors. At the same time she painted and exhibited her paintings.
Since 1982, she has lived in Germany. For many years she organized plein-air events and taught fine arts, while practicing drawing and painting. She has exhibited in Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands. For the past five years she has lived in Darmstadt, where she teaches free drawing and painting courses at a Catholic parish.
