Studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Wroclaw (now the Academy of Fine Arts) from 1974 to 1979. He received his diploma in painting in 1979 in the studios:
- easel painting under Prof. Zbigniew Karpinski,
- painting design in architecture and urban planning with Prof. Mieczyslaw Zdanowicz.
He is the author of 23 solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad (including the Gallery of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation in Moscow, the Gallery of Creative Associations in Vilnius, the Institute of Polish Culture in Sofia, the City Gallery in Laholm/Sweden).
