Bozenna Biskupska's first One-Legged figure was presented in 1988 at the Museum of Lubuska Land in Zielona Gora. This was followed in 1997 by a series of seven monumental sculptures of the fully formed figure of One-Legged, which would accompany the artist in subsequent sculptural series: Delineating the Image, Delineating the Image 343 and in an intensely multiplied and minimalist form in the series Delineating the Image 01. The sources of the figure's formation should be sought in the artist's drawings, gouaches and paintings as early as the first half of the 1980s. At this time, Bozenna Biskupska also works intensively in sculptural matter. Biomorphic forms from the series "Mystery of Time" and "Non omnis moriar" are created from sawdust, pitch, fibers bonded with resin. At the same time, he develops the concept for the sculptures "Slabs" - five spatial forms of varying structure and form as if based on a cuboid - a slab.
