Polish painter, lives and works in Gdynia. In 2011 she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, defending her diploma in the studio of Prof. Maciej Swieszewski. In her painting, she combines representational realism with elements of hyperrealism, surrealism and "pure imagination." She has been repeatedly recognized by critics and awarded prestigious prizes at international competitions, including "Best in Show" and "Pioneer in Realism" in 2020 at the 15th annual International Guild of Realism exhibition and the "Purchase Award" of the "14th International Art Renewal Center Salon" (2019). The subject of her works is human beings, and especially female silhouettes. When painting, the artist tries to capture not so much the physical figure, but the spiritual reflection of the portrayed figure. Wypych's paintings, painted on the basis of photographs, preceded by sessions with models, hours of preparation, show the authenticity of a person without embellishment or idealization of the body. However, the artist departs from the simple imitation of reality by introducing her visions and imaginings into the paintings.
