Agnieszka Sterne
Trained as a landscape architect, she graduated in 1986 from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
For several years she designed and landscaped gardens, now realizes her passion for creation and love of nature by painting pictures.
She paints on canvas, using acrylic paints. She often experiments with the impasto technique by applying thick layers of paint with a spatula or straight from the tube.
Form and color are important to her, and she is inspired by the surrounding nature, but also by photographs and paintings by other artists. In the artist's works, color and form dominate the deeper meaning of the image.
When creating her works, she rarely designs them beforehand, as a rule she starts with an idea, and then step by step the painting leads the artist herself.
The end result usually surprises her herself. We invite you to the magical world of the Artist where infatuation with nature and color reigns, the joy of painting and a touch of nostalgia.
