Biography
He studied painting at the Vienna and Munich academies (1880 - 1886). He spent the years 1888 - 1896 in Paris, where he opened a painting studio near the Luxembourg Garden. In 1897, he settled permanently in Lviv. He was a painter of genre scenes and flowers, and also painted city views. He masterfully painted portraits, especially of women. The artist's paintings are in the collection of the National Museum in Cracow.
