Biography
At the end of the 1920s, he began studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He was then under the strong influence of Tadeusz Pruszkowski. As early as 1932, he participated in the first exhibition of the Free Painters' Lodge grouping. He also exhibited his works in Czeslaw Garlinski's salon and at the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts. He painted mainly landscapes, portraits and still lifes.
