Biography
Cousin of painter Mieczysław Kotarbiński. During World War I he fought in the Legions. Circa. 1919 he settled in Zakopane, where he was associated with the artistic group Sztuka Podhalańska. He exhibited at TZSP in Warsaw, as well as in Lodz and Budapest at the International Exhibition in 1930. He painted landscapes, mostly with Tatra motifs, portraits, and is also the author of polychromies in the Zakopane parish church.
