Biography
Studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under the direction of W. Jarocki, W. Weiss and F. S. Kowarski. He was also a student of the Free School of Painting in Cracow. He then continued his artistic education at the Paris branch of the Academy of Fine Arts under J. Pankiewicz. He was a member of the Zwornik group. After the war, he was nominated professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, of which he was rector. He exhibited his works many times at home and abroad, including at the Autumn Salon in Paris. Rzepinski's work is ranked among the top of Polish colorism.
