Franiszka Themerson, née Weinles (1907-1988) - Polish painter of Jewish origin, illustrator, illustrator, stage designer; publisher and academic teacher; wife of Stefan Themerson. Known as the first illustrator of Jan Brzechwa's Dziwaczka Duck.
