The Bible of Jakub Wujek - the first complete translation of the Bible into Polish made by the Jesuit priest Jakub Wujek, published in its entirety for the first time in 1599. Wujek worked on it between 1584 and 1595, and made the translation based on the Latin Vulgate.
A COMPLETE of maps (including the city of Jerusalem and the wanderings of Christ) and an insert with an alphabetical list of the books are included.
