Principles of Roman law. Waclaw Aleksander Maciejowski (1792-1883) - Polish historian of law, Slavic scholar, historian of culture, professor at the Royal University of Warsaw (gave lectures on the history of Roman law). He is counted among the most prominent Polish historians of the first half of the 19th century. Rubbing, edgewear and folds of the binding, rust spots and traces of dampness on the pages, handwritten notes in the margins in places, pp. 211/212 missing, pre-title card placed between pp. 210 and 213, in several places the pages arranged in the wrong order.
