Stanislaw Malachowski, Votum for the May 3 Constitution - Petrykozy

A collection of documents relating to the Petrykozy estate and parish, including the classicist parish church in Petrykozy near Opoczno, built in 1791-1795 from the foundation of the Marshal of the Great Sejm Stanisław Małachowski, as a votive offering for the enactment of the May 3rd Constitution. The temple was designed by the court architect of King Stanislaw August Poniatowski, Jan Chrystian Kamsetzer, author of well-known realizations in the spirit of classicism (including the Palace on the Island in Warsaw's Lazienki Park).

The sheath contains documents from 1777 - 1844, stapled together without preserving chronology, among which:

1. Deed of exchange of Tithes and exchange of the right of propination for the right to collect beer from the Brewery, dated. August 1, 1785 in Białaczów, bearing the handwritten signature and seal of Stanislaw Nałęcz Małachowski (1736-1809) marshal of the Four-Year Sejm and Rev. Józef Rychlicki parish priest of Petrykozki, together with a settlement separately bearing the seals and signatures of the persons mentioned above. 4 cards, 36 cm.

2. fragment of a document regarding the exchange of the parson's field with the manor house from 1777. 2 cards, 33 cm.

3. agreement regarding tithes from the village of Parczówka, dated. August 25, 1791 in Białaczewo, bearing the handwritten signature and seal of Stanislaw Nałęcz Małachowski (1736-1809) marshal of the Four-Year Sejm and Rev. Józef Rychlicki parish priest of Petrykozki. 2 pages, 37 cm.

4. copy of a document issued in Opoczno in 1793 made during the time of the Duchy of Warsaw (?) bearing a wafer seal and signature: Otfinowski Regens. 3 pages, 37 cm.

5. tithe exchange deed, dated. June 4, 1782, bearing the handwritten signature of Urszula of Morsztyn Dembinska (1746-1825) starostess of Wolbrom lady of Szczekociny, Przysucha, Rusinowo and Sędziszów, landowner and philanthropist, and Rev. Józef Rychlicki parish priest of Petrykozki. 2 cards, 35 cm.

6. Revision of the income of the Petrykozy parish from 1804, drawn up by Pastor Jan Grabowski. 12 cards, 39 cm.

7. Copy of a document from 1521 regarding the Petrykozy parish, made on August 23, 1806, bearing the wafer seal and signature of Franciszek Salezjusz Walinski notary, treasurer and secretary of the Gniezno chapter. 4 pages, 34 cm.

8. Handwritten sketch - Project for the construction of a fence for the parish cemetery in Petrykozy with costing on the back, dated. February 14, 1835 in Białaczów. 1 card, 22x34 cm.

9. "Inventory of the Parish Church in Petrykozy issued by H.E. Stanislaw Nalecz Malachowski Marshal of the Constitutional Sejm of 1791-collator, given to H.E. Father Rychlicki Pastor in the manner described below." Inventory dated 1797 in Bialaczow, bearing the handwritten signature and two seals of Rev. Jozef Rychlicki parish priest of Petrykozki. 6 pages, 36 cm.

10. "Inventory of the state of the Parish Church in the village of Petrykozach in the Białaczów municipality, Koniec County, Opoczynski district, Sandomierski province, as well as the rectory buildings and funds belonging to the rectory, after the passing away of the late Priest Jan Grabowski, Rector, on the 22nd of the month of August 1819, drawn up". The inventory bears the stamps and handwritten signatures of: Stefan Borkowski, Rev. Wojciech Budzinski and Rev. Franciszek Janiszewski. 13 sheets, 38 cm.

11. "Inventarium Ecclesia Parochialis Petrikozensis". Inventory dated 1804. 6 cards, 38 cm.

12. Drawing - view from the front of the church and rectory in Petrikozensis with scale bearing the caption: "Elevation de la Prevote de Petrikosz". 1 card, 28 cm.

13. Deed of Dean's Visit held in Petrykozy on May 4, 1844. 2 cards, 36 cm.
