Warsaw, A. E. Glücksberg, 1835.
23.5 cm, pp. [6], XI, [1], 309, fold-out table 1, engravings in copperplate 1. In leather binding.
A pioneering because detailed monograph summarizing the rich experience in potato cultivation and processing practices of one of Poland's most distinguished agronomists. The recommendations list, among other things, 36 named varieties of potatoes and another 20, as yet without an accepted
name.
A rare complete edition preserved in excellent condition. The volume after conservation review, the missing small frgm. of the fold-out large table has been completed, with loss of a few words from the header, a few barely visible traces of conservation corrections made by the Polish Antiquarian, where a classic in style binding has also been made.
