Binding rubbed, losses, no damage to text, upper right corners of first three pages refilled with paper, clear stains on upper margins of first few pages, later inside good condition. At the end, p. 81/82 of No. 87 has been refixed. Volume 26 consisted of Nos. 87-89. Text entirely parallel Russian and Polish. Includes, among others, "Law for gymnasia and regional schools, or elementary schools of the Warsaw scientific district," signed in print by Minister of Public Enlightenment Sergey Uvarov. One of the issues of the "Journal of Laws," which was published in 1816-1876.
