The first issue was published on 1.II.1927.The circulation reached 3,000 pieces. The purpose of the magazine was "to educate the young intelligentsia in the spirit of nationalist ideology. Particularly frequent references were made to the emerging fascist movement in Italy. The magazine was divided into three sections. The first was devoted to ideological and political matters. The second discussed matters related to academic life and the growing PLO movement. The third part was devoted to miscellaneous matters, for example, it reviewed books by leading activists of the movement, headed by R. Dmowski and S. Grabski. The editor-in-chief was Stefan Wyrzykowski [until 1934],
and after the split Prof. Z. Wojciechowski [1934-39]. The journal did not receive a favorable reception from state authorities and institutions.
