925 sterling silver stamped (monogram of the company JKB in a rectangle, city mark, sample mark, date letter X); height 26.5 cm, width 10.4 cm, depth 10.4 cm.

On square profiled bases passing into square exalted feet, cannelled and fan-tufted, with stems on a square plan expanding upward, decorated similarly to the feet, ending in cup-shaped candle sleeves decorated with concave half-ovals. On the edge of one of the candlesticks an engraved inscription "By the employees of / Messr,s SIMON, MAY & Co / December 29TH 1891 / presented to Miss VITTA WEINBERG".
