The Archives of the History and Philosophy of Medicine is the oldest Polish peer-reviewed scientific journal, established in 1924 on the initiative of the eminent Polish physician and historian Professor Adam Wrzosek. In 1925-1948, the journal was published under the title "Archives of the History and Philosophy of Medicine and the History of Natural Sciences".
