Abrasions to covers, minor loss of leather at corners, few traces of woodworm in binding, stains to title page, minor stains to several other pages. Former notations by the author's own hand. (Cracow 1761). Eighteenth-century formulary compiled by the Viennese College of Pharmacy. The work was first published in 1729; here we present its 1751 reprint in unchanged form. Includes dedication to Charles VI, imperial privilege, preface "Ad lectorem", censor's annotations, establishment of pharmaceutical terminology, in paginated part a collection of recipes for medicines divided into 19 "classes".
