Wiadomości Numizmatyczno-Archeologiczne, a quarterly published by the Numismatic Society of Cracow from 1889 to 1948. Seweryn Tymieniecki (1847-1916), a Polish lawyer and numismatist who was particularly concerned with Polish coinage of the 16th and 17th centuries, published in its pages. Marian Gumowski (1881-1974) also collaborated with the magazine. In 1908-1919 its editor. After 1948, the continuation of Numismatic and Archaeological News consisted of two magazines: Wiadomosci Archeologiczne and Wiadomosci Numizmatyczne.
