E. 32, 251. wraps somewhat rubbed and stained, minor stains inside. On the back of the first title page, author's own entry dated 1741. Author's name shown after the dedication in the first part of the work. A two-part work (mistakenly punctuated by another printing) containing "a systematic study of the rules of canon law relating to the life of the clergy" and a lecture on "the X Commandments and the sacraments and the heretical views on them (Luther, Anglicans, Puritans, Mennonites, Quakers, schismatics, etc.)." (Estreicher). The bibliographer adds, "On pp. 174 ff. a lecture de furto, de usura, de emptione, de testamento. For this is a manual intended for the use of confessors, as is the analogous and contemporary work of the Jesuit W. Tylkowski 'Sacri Apparatus Sacerdotum [...]'" - co-authored here.
