Under the letter, the main letter (to which the letter refers): Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electricity by the Warsaw District Power Plant (Approved by Resolution.... on June 10, 1937).

Condition: paper yellowed, minor stains, soiling, creases, cracks in margins, folding with a few understuffs in margins (slightly rubbed, discolored, with cracks), minor scratches in margins of cover and pencil notes on back.
