Spine slightly rubbed, otherwise good condition. Unpainted stamp of, among others, F. Konarski. Concerns the competition for the monument to the bard in Cracow. The brochure, planned to be published before the verdict, was questioned by the Warsaw censors. "From then on, the author no longer thought of announcing the brochure in print, considering the thing to be late; when, however, reasons were found prompting him to publish it today, he no longer so much to the public, but rather dedicates it to our artists" (from the preface).
