Żenczykowski Marceli ( 1848-1921), bookbinder, artist. After an apprenticeship with Feitziger in Cieszyn, he set up a large workshop in Krakow, where he made machine-made bindings for the printing houses of W.L. Anczyc, G. Gebethner, S.A. Krzyżanowski in Krakow and H.A. Krzyżanowski in Krakow. Krzyżanowski in Cracow and H.Altenberg in Lvov. In 1892 he opened a branch in Lviv. As Waldemar Łysiak writes in Empireum, vol. I, p. 85, Żenczykowski belongs to the group of Polish bookbinders who designed and made "edition bindings" of the Olympic class. In Lviv, this bookbinder made extraordinary, luxurious publishing bindings for the most outstanding works of Polish literature, which were published in album form by the H.
