Rev. S. Trzeciak (1873-1944) - priest, lecturer of the School of Oriental Studies, social activist, considered a leading theorist of anti-Semitic action in Poland.
In the book, the author discusses the importance of the Talmud in Jewish life and the attitude towards non-Jews(among the titles of the chapters include : Goyim are unclean and pollute the Jew and his belongings ; Goyim are cattle; Goyim are suspected of bestiality, robbery and debauchery; Djabli and angels are suspected of anti-Semitism; Goyim property belongs to Jews; Fraud against Goyim is permitted; Killing a Goyim is permitted;). The practical part discusses examples of the implementation of Talmudic instructions, how Jews organize themselves and what kind of politics they practice (ties with communism, Freemasonry, fighting against the church and family).
In the introduction the author mentions that he does not condemn the Talmud, on the contrary, it is the Poles who should learn from the Jews(in the author's case always spelled with a lowercase letter) " national feeling, solidarity, respect for national traditions, customs and customs, so that, like the Jews, they should support each other morally and materially.... that Poles should learn from Jews frugality and precaution in acting in political and economic life."
