Covers slightly rubbed and dusty, otherwise very good condition. First edition of Szklarski's only science fiction novel. Full of drama, the action takes place in Katowice. A spy network tries to steal a momentous invention of a Polish cyberneticist. The novel was very popular, and a second, expanded edition was published in 1965. The cover was designed by Andrzej Czeczot, the illustrations were done by Jozef Marek, by then well known to fans of Tom Wilmowski's adventures.
