As a result of the delegalization of the Communist Workers' Party of Poland in 1919, an annex, the Union of the Proletariat of Cities and Villages, was established (in August) for the elections to be held in November 1922. In connection with the banning of the central press organs, it began to publish one-day newspapers; in a short period of time, 10 were published, four of which were satirical-political (the third was offered here), in which political opponents, especially the PPS and CHZJN, were criticized.
