On the frontispiece page, handwritten dedication by the Author to Minister Kazimierz Junosza Galecki. Soiled covers, some of the folds loose, copy uncut. Kazimierz Galecki (Junosza-Gałecki) (1863 - 1941) - Polish lawyer, doctor of laws, last minister for Galicia in the Austrian government, general delegate of the Polish government for Galicia, governor of Cracow.
