Warsaw Polytechnic was founded in 1915, in connection with the restoration of independence and the establishment of new laws in the sphere of education(in par.2. mentioned the Law on Academic Schools of 13.VII.1920) a new statute of the university was needed. It was approved on June 14, 1921.
