Among the founding members listed are: Zygmunt Andruszkiewicz (co-owner of Nauta Shipyard, later Gdynia Shipyard S.A.), Rudolf Fryszowski (head of fortifications in the War District Command, later responsible for fortifications on the Hel Peninsula, among others), Zygmunt Horyd (engineer and officer of the Fleet Command, among others.among others of the Naval Port Command in Gdynia), Włodzimierz Prochaska (architect, builder of Gdynia), Juljan Rummel (officer promoting the idea of building a port in Gdynia), Aleksander Szaniawski, Józef Unrug (officer, commander of the Fleet Command in Gdynia), Tadeusz Wenda (construction manager of the port in Gdynia).
