Good condition (a few pages rearranged by bookbinder, two pages missing with poems Moments, Temptation, Gratitude, Sweetness of Night, pale traces of dampstain at upper edge of some pages, paper lining of title page along spine).

On the title page, autograph and dedication from the author to patron and art collector Michal Toepfer, dated Lvov 4.X.1912.
