Spine covered with paper, small tears in edges of front cover. Project of building a "relief canal" on the Vistula River in Cracow, which was to counteract the destruction of the city center caused by flood waves haunting the city. The project assumed the construction of a cross-cut from Dębniki to the mouth of the Wilga River (nearly 3 km long) and the installation of a river port in the vicinity of Wawel Castle. This project was not implemented, only representative boulevards with retaining walls were built.
