A publication of the CP Educational Library of the NBP, comprising 97 pages, in a format of about 21 x 21 cm, bound in soft cover. The catalog documents the history of banknotes codenamed "E-71", which were discovered in one of the vaults of the National Bank of Poland. They were found there in boxes marked "secret of special significance." The catalog contains two articles that provide both the history of the E-71 banknotes and the context of the "Cold War" and the course of the conflict between East and West. Attached to the publication is a copy of the "secret of special significance" staff map, which is the plan for the offensive operation of the coastal front, personally approved by General Wojciech Jaruzelski. The book also includes life-size reproductions of more than 120 graphic designs, print samples and banknotes by Andrzej Heidrich.
