One of the most important works of the chief ideologue of the PZPR during the Stalinist era and later of Eurocommunism. During martial law, he proposed the candidacy of V. Jaruzelski for the Nobel Peace Prize. To the end of his life (he died in 2006), he believed that "the future of humanity is still socialism, although this future system need not be called so" (Wikipedia).
