Cream-colored binding cloth, green decorations on front and spine. Abrasions of binding, canvas soiled, (traces of cleaning). Internally in good condition, a few rust spots in places on the page edgewear and on the tissue guards and pages. Binding in vol. 2 loosened. Luxury edition of "Peasants" illustrated by A. Kedzierski (1861-1939), painter, illustrator. The series of watercolors made for the novel "Peasants" by Wł. Reymont was his most important work as an illustrator.
