[MANUAL]. Kitchen DOOR. [Early 1920s?].
Double-sided manuscript on 66 cards form. 16.5x11 cm (including 2 blank cards), original cover pp. On the inside of the front cover a sticker of the Fischer and Spółka Trade Books Store in Cracow (price given in crowns). On the front pastedown "Some notes on measures and weights". The main section contains kitchen recipes, e.g. pumpkin cabbage, cheap legómina (!), making poppy seeds for villages, roasted partridges, chopped mutton chops, glaze for cakes, Ukrainian borscht, cheese and bun dumplings, sauce for asparagus, truffles. Inside the kitchen section, a "Housekeeping section" containing housekeeping tips was placed on 17 pages. The continued section of kitchen recipes includes: mazurka melange, rose icing, rubarbarum, roast beef dish, potato soup with mushrooms, noodles without eggs, fabrication of folk tea, mizerya for winter. At the end of a three page: "A medicine and nature section for the use of healthiness". In two places visible removal of pages probably before the text was written. Staining of one page, good condition.
