Textbook for the study of substantive criminal law,one of the first in the revived Poland. It deals with the state of the law in effect in the Second Republic in 1920, taking into account all the criminal law orders found after the partitioners, i.e. the German Penal Code of 1871, the Austrian Penal Code of 1852, and the Russian Tagancev Code of 1903, which were kept in force until the Penal Code of 1932 came into effect. - Rubbing, scuffing and slight loss of cover, some pages loose; block clean and nice.
