The work of the famous (rather outside Poland) physician, author of cookbooks and numerous scientific works in the field of broad gastronomy and dietetics, founder of the famous Paris school of cooks. He was born in 1875 in France to a family of Polish emigrants. After completing his medical studies, he worked at the Pasteur Institute, to which he dedicated the book presented here. Pożerski's passion became gastronomy and the promotion of healthy, rational nutrition. He hosted the world's first culinary program broadcast by Radio Paris.
