Upon Our request from the Nobility of the Lithuanian-Vilnius province for the establishment of separate Courts to judge border cases in accordance with the Law, finding such an establishment suitable for agricultural and industrial loans, wishing and the Lithuanian Nobility to show through this a new proof of OUR constant concern for their welfare.
Having considered the opinion of the Council of State,
We hereby adopt,
1) To bring the decision on the demarcation of the Lithuanian-Vilnius Gubernia, confirmed by OUR and attached here, to due force and effect.
2) Extend this measure to Grodno-Lithuanian Gubernia, if the nobility of this Gubernia deems its introduction useful for themselves.

It contains, among other things:
1. the Border Courts shall be formed in each District by the election of the Nobles.

3. the Nobility, for their own sake, may increase the number of Border Judges, but not more than 3 persons each, and in general should not exceed twenty persons.

(7) The election shall be confirmed by the iednominal consent of the Nobility, or by a majority of secret votes.

(15) A relative of the jurist may not be elected as a Boundary Judge of the first Instancy, nor sit in his case in the Appellate Court.

(20) Cases of inheritance of estates, exdivision and other similar cases are not within the jurisdiction of this court.

26. those in need of demarcation or recognition of boundary disputes, shall submit petitions to the Appellacy Court, including a brief description of the entire work.

31. If the papers or documents are not submitted by the deadline, but after the expiration of the deadline, they shall be sent directly to the Court of First Instance.

... 37. In the case of minors their Guardians shall administer the oath, and in the case of impotents and those under guardianship their Superintendents shall administer the oath.

52. in case of disagreement, he shall inquire of the parties whether they demand that the case be tried in the place where the party sits, or on the ground.

59. inquisitions and examinations expedited by the court of the first instance may not be repeated.

61. Treasury goods donated in perpetuity shall remain in their original form as to the exclusion of them from the knowledge of the Tax Chamber: in respect of insurance, they shall be included in the order of other Citizens' Property.

(76) Any forest, on which the rightful parties have deposited the right without taking the land itself.

*Into as many parts as the number of species of trees needing different time for complete growth.

77. The usufruct of the izzior or parts thereof shall be divided according to the documents.

84. Bailiffs chosen by the Chamberlain should have recommending certificates from the School Government.

89. The surveyor used in any department, shall not be allowed to take private duty.

92. Arbitrators shall take their reward from the parties who elected them.

Border Chancellary. I will act according to God's law and my conscience, not demanding any harm to anyone, and in the whole course of my further demarcation - so help me Lord God to fulfill it.
