Polish-German Upper-Silesian Convention concluded in Geneva on May 15, 1922.
Albert Kundig Printing House, Geneva. Booklet, pp. 156,[4], measuring 30.8 x 23.1 cm.
Condition: paper thin, discolored, yellowed, brittle, margins of extreme pages and spine with cracks and small insignificant losses, back cover almost separated from the block . Numerous library markings in pencil on the cover (possibly including the National Library in Warsaw,- marking a doublet to III 78.466, without the stamp of the same, as a further piece probably never entered the collection, only issued to the market), inside stamps Book Collection of the Provisional Publishing Department of P.IV M.S.Z. , Library of the Press Division of the M.S.Z. No. 937 B.
Signed for 15 years, the convention regulated, among other things, the protection of minority rights and economic affairs in divided (due to plebiscites) Silesia.
Edited description on 5.06.2023 at 11:20:
The digitized piece of the Silesian Library has an additional 6 pages with a table of contents at the end, ours lacks this, but here the offered print looks complete, the original stitching holds, there is no room for more pages or losses at the end. Perhaps the publisher added the table of contents later. https://www.sbc.org.pl/dlibra/publication/147892/edition/138866/content
