Cover was designed by Kazimierz Podsadecki ("progressive reductionism, maximum purification of decorative elements". - Rypson I, p. 89). Some of the texts were printed across the sheet. A collection of almost all of Peiper's poetic output. "Peiper's several-year-long phase of reforming Polish poetry would close in 1935 with the publication of 'Poems,' a reminder of his earlier poetic works, of which he would write that they 'are among the best that modernity has produced.' This megalomania offended critics, but the reminder of the four poetry volumes in the context of his theoretical books made the reviews much more favorable" (Peiper, p. 316).
