Typescript (carbon copy) double-sided on ark. 36.6x22.5 cm. Document on official correspondence paper with the heading "President of the Ministers of the Kingdom of Poland". - last two words crossed out, replaced by "Republic of Poland". In the upper right corner "Copy", a letter addressed "To all the Ministers, President of the Main Liquidation Office". It contains general principles of "ordering the treasury economy" in the reborn state, presented in 10 points. Under the text the name of Leon Bilinski, Minister of the Treasury, to whom the letter is addressed, and the handwritten signature of Ignacy J. Paderewski, as Prime Minister of the government. Folding marks, rust mark of a paperclip, minor soiling.
