Agaton Giller - born January 9, 1831 in Opatówek - died July 18, 1887 in Stanislawow - Polish journalist and writer, conspirator and independence activist, member and president of the National Government.
A very rare patriotic proclamation issued in the aftermath of the "Massacre of Manifestants" on April 8, 1861. "A proclamation" which had a tremendous impact on all liberation-seeking minds and also on the course of events themselves. With the proclamation wanted to inspire and unite the entire community in order to jointly, with the largest possible forces to take up arms against the occupying power, Russia.
Condition: paper with paper edge breaks, upper left part discolored/dirty, center with rubbing without major damage to the text.
