The lithograph comes from the Illustrated Geographical Atlas of the Kingdom of Poland, published in 1907. It depicts a map of the Wloclawek district of the Warsaw gubernia (visible are Wloclawek, Kowal, Dobrzyn, Chodecz, Lubien), the Wloclawek cathedral, the church and town hall in Brzesc Kujawski, and a couple of landowners.
