"Nobles and Tinners"- A novel devoted to the situation of Poles in the Russian Empire. Jóżef Maksymilian Lubomirski (1839-1911) - French novelist; he made his debut as a writer in the pages of the Parisian newspaper "Correspondant" in 1868. He published, among other things, a series of articles "Memoirs of the Pose of Tsar Nicholas "and three volumes of reportage from his travels to the Holy Land and Africa. The offered historical novel is among his best-known works. Good condition, non. rubbing of the binding, non. browning on single pages.
