From excerpts: "According to completely reliable information, the course of the conversation between the President (sic!) of the Republic and Marshal Pilsudski was as follows:
Marshal Pilsudski asked Mr. President to immediately cause the resignation of the government. This request was backed up by a warning not to provoke a civil war. Circles close to the government assure that the President of the Republic answered in the negative, emphasizing the need for obedience and discipline to the government."
