Przedświt Publishing House was established in October 1982 and quickly became one of the largest underground publishing houses. It was founded by Waclaw Holewinski and Jaroslaw Markiewicz (1942-2010). The ambition of the publishing house was to edit any literature, not only political, that could not be published in official circulation.
